Bulk Oil Delivery Truck 

 

Our bulk lubricant delivery truck enables us to more efficiently deliver bulk products.

Our new truck is plumbed with 3 completely isolated systems so that we don't have to flush the line as often and waste purge oil when changing product groups.
One system is dedicated to Rotella T 15w40, another we use for passenger car motor oils (PCMO), and the third system is for hydraulic oils.
The pumps are driven by hydraulic motors run off of a PTO pump.  Separate motors for each system allow us to optimize  the pump speed for the product being pumped.
In addition to the 3 products systems, we have an on-board air compressor, also driven by hydraulic motor, to operate  additional pumps for any other products we may deliver.  For instance ATF requires it's own pump because of the dye.

Our goal is to supply you, our customer, with the best oils, service, and value available.  In combination with Shell Lubricant's Distributor Product Quality Assurance program we feel that this equipment will help us to provide the best service and product integrity possible.
